Hello world. I’ve decided to start blogging to keep my site updated. That’s the goal anyway, so we’ll see how it goes. Here’s a bit of info about me. Thanks for stopping by.

I was born and rasied in San Diego, California. I currently reside in Escondido, CA (North County San Diego) with my beautiful wife and my two very cute daughters and our new baby boy.

I currently work as a Cinematic Artist at High Moon Studios in Carlsbad, CA. Recently finished work on The Bourne Conspiracy title for 360/ps3.

I had a brief position as Character Finaler at Omation Studios on the movie the Barnyard, in San Clemente, CA.

I have also worked on various cutscenes for popular game titles for Playstation 2 during my time at SCEA in San Diego, CA.

I also do character animation and design, via my studio, GC3D.

I started doing 3d in 1999, when I realized I could actually do this for a living! It’s been a tough road; I’ve learned a lot so far; still have a way to go, but it’s been really fun. My current goal is to work on personal short films and submit them to festivals. I am also currently a moderator for cg-char, a forum site about digital character animation. http://www.cgchar-animation.com

I am a dedicated servant of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Why do I mention this? I think it’s important for people to know where I come from, how my priorities are set, and who it is that gives me hope, strength, love, life. Both my wife and I are active at our church. We’ve both been Sunday school teachers, she sings in the worship group, and I play the Saxophone.

My other interests are Filmmaking/Storytelling. Ahhh, the art of storytelling, a main reason i got into animation. I hope to share many stories in the near future, so stay tuned. I also enjoy music, as I mentioned, I play the Saxophone and hope to pick up the guitar some day. I love football, be it either watching it or playing it with friends and family, or playing Madden on my ps3.
I also enjoy drawing very much. More updates will come as life moves forward.
